I was led to believe i was ordering a sample on line with a small shipping fee, I went ahead to order my sample and gave my credit card info then other order pages came up and I declined as I am not in a financial position to pay $150 for a product before customs shipping, so I declined but was still billed, I received an email stating my order had been accepted so I called the company, who then said to late the order had been shipped, but then was offered an employee discount. I just want my money back for the product I said NO to in the first place. I will not pay a customs fee and lose money just to get money back they had no authority to take! I cannot believe a company who prides themselves on reputation would rip people off so badly. I need my money back!
