The wig (colour and style) was nowhere near to the one they showed in their website. When the wig arrived and I tried it on, the left hand side, at the back, appeared alright, but the right hand side had a clump of hair missing. There was no way one could wear a wig looking the way it did. It was so bad I wouldn't even use it as a duster. This company's licence should be taken off them and they should not be allowed to operate.

I'm hoping something could be done by you to recuperate my loss.
