Ordered download paid $137.00 it came and I had to use another program (win-Zip) that cost me another $39.99 after that it still didnt work. So they told me I had to jail break my phone so I called AT&T and Apple and they told me that it would VOID my warrantee and it was Illegal that I should ask for a refund. So I told Ez CSI Tech-Support this but they told me there is no refund for software product. I should by a different phone. I called my Credit Card and they said that we can dispute the charge. I asked for a refund as soon as I got the first email
