I purchased eyeglasses with them on the 7 of july and it only arrived today the 13th of august. They promise a processing time of at most 72 hours. After one week and no shippment yet I decided to cancel it since they had not done what it was told. But they did not cancell it and wanted to charge me for 20% of my payment for cancellation.
Terrible phone atendence.
Worst company ever, never buy at OpticsFast!
Payed for expedited shipping and it was shipped on regular one.
