Hi, I called mcafee for the installation of my McAfee Total Protection on my Laptop but I was scam by Help Antivirus. They seems to be mcafee but they are not. So the person to whome I spoke on last friday, asked me to pay $399.99. He said I have lots of errors and warning on my laptop. But when I visit to my local tech, I came to know that it was a scam. I called them to pay my money back, they denied. I called my bank and now Bak person assured me that I will get my money back in next week. I don't know what to do. Please don't forgive these scam. Please some-one help me. I have there number 1-888-413-7060 and the website address is www.help-antivirus.com
