Did a survey19 Jun, paid £2.49 for "free" trial pot of cream. Received pot of cream in Aug charged £69.90 to my debit card.
Rang veloura and was told I had entered into an agreement, which I had not! Checked bank ac and found I had been charged £74.95 in July but had not received a product. Was told I could not have a refund and could not speak to a supervisor. Sent an email but not hopeful of a reply. Rang bank and arranged to stop future payments. Hope they managed it. What a scam
