I received a letter offering 25% discount on one month'subscription. When I clicked on the page to upgrade a white page appears with just space for my credit card details. No space for period or month or discount code. I submit my details thinking that the missing information would be on the next window.instead a window appeared that I was subscribed for six months for R425.00. I wrote several letters to their support service. All I receive was refferences to their policies.
