Is Providing Me With My Terminals Old Owner's Contract And Personal Informations Not providing me with my contract but the terminals old owners contract and personal information

I own a small jewelry store in Braselton, Georgia. A sale rep. From Sun Trust (never ever trust) got into my mind for a new merchant service and offered me rates which was lower than what I was paying.

He offered a rate that'll cover any type of card but American Express and Discover. Than he said your credit card terminal is too old so we need to get you a new terminal. I said NO! Than he got into my head saying that I will save this much and bla bla. Anyways he offered me a "almost new" terminal which was used for a few months for $34.95 (instead of $39.95 for a brand new one). I recieved the terminal about 2 months after I signed the contract and used it for a day or two. Than I recieved a call from Sun Trust merchant services and found out that the rate I was offered was only capable for checkcards, the rest would change depending on what kind of card it is. Once I found that out I immediately asked for a cancelletion and was charged $500 dollars for a cancellation fee.

A month later I cought some charges taken from my account for the used terminal he got me from First Data supplies (which I newer heard of in my life). I called and explained my stiuation and the lady from First Data supplies treated me like a low life guy keep on saying there's nothing we can do since the lease is non-cancelable. When I asked her for my contract she faxed me the terminals old owners contract also featuring his social security card number and personal information.

Now I am stock with this terminal and do not know what to do. Anybody exprienced similar problems or can give me some solutions please contact me as soon as possible!!!
