EMC insurance changed my home owners insurance deductible from $1000.00 to $2500.00 With out my knowledge.
The way I found out was for the first time in my life I filed a claim because a tree fell on my house during a storm.
They said I agreed to it when I paid my premium, but I did
Not see my premium because I have automatically taken out of my checking account each month.
What they did is not illegal but it is Definitely Unethical.
