VIP ADVANTAGE ripoff! Fraudulent billing! Fort lauderdale

I was going through my emails and came across an invitation to apply for a credit card. I filled it out and 2 days later I am out of $159.00. After calling and complaining to the company, they faxed me this refund form that read scam all through it.

I faxed it back and I am now waiting for a response. I've read a few complaints on this company through your service and my question is why are they still being allowed to scam people? I am willing to do what ever I can to stop these people.
