Ripoff, dishonest, very fraudulent billing

I filled out a application for a credit card online just for something to do and to find out that this company called icardservices.com took $159.00 out of my account. I contacted the company several times. They told me to file a fraudulant report. I have done this but I also called them again and they told me that the money they took out of my account was nonrefundable. He giggled after he had said this I have been charged for this over draft on my account. When I closed it I had to pay $287.00 for overcharges. I want my money back plus the overcharges this company has accured on my account.
Is there any legal advice for me to follow? I have tried about everything else.
