Luminique offer on facebook for free trial but I said no after giving my bank credit/debit details, I was then given the terms & agreement & a choice of saying no thankyou. I did not agree to the terms & conditions & said no thankyou on 3 different pages that they sent me to. Then they put the order through & said this product would be sent to me. I then tried to ring the phone number 001180032167711 they supplied if I wanted to cancel, that said it was unavailable. Then I received an email from Robert Wolfe Director of Customer Support via email saying my order had been accepted.
