I received a phone call from a Tim Barker from 415-295-5685. He stated that a lawsuit is filed against me and a warrant will be send out in 1 hour. I explain to him that this is my first call regarding this and he didn't care. He asked me if I have ever been arrested before. I told him No. So, he stated that he could possible put a hold on it, if I could pay $799.00 today. Told him I don't have it. He stated a warrant will be send out and I should receive documents here at my job and hung up. I will have my attorney look into this.
