I applied for a personal loan online an a man from GE Capital bank name Steven Martin called me back stating I was approve for 3000 dollars and the money would be in my account in an hour but to make sure I can pay the payments they want me to put a deposit of 160.00 on a vanilla reload card an call them with the card info when I did they took the $160 off the card an called back saying that my credit was not good I would need $100 more in order to get the money I refused an now several different men have called me Ken martin and several others can't remember off hand cause so upset but it a scam they refuse to give the $160 back and the vanilla card can not refund money because I gave them the info that I should have
