Miscellaneous

I was approved for a 3000 loan. Since my credit rating was low they told me I needed bank proof that I could repay the loan. They said the fee was $200 but I would get it back within 20 minutes of receiving my loan. He said I would have to go to a particular store and get a Vanilla reload network card I explained I only had 100. The agent put me on hold and came back saying it was approved. And the card had to be a scratch able paper card. I went ahead and got the card and called the agent back. He gave me a verification code and said the money would be in my account shortly. A little while later I got a call back saying that. Proof wasn't enough to go through and needed another $100 dollars. When I called back for a verification code he told me that the bank proof of the second $100 got stuck in their system and I needed to go get yet a third card to retrieve the stuck payment - still guaranteeing me the loan plus $300 back. I said no you already have 200 of my money and am not giving anymore I suggested at around the sixth call to see if unstuck. Not sending anymore money, that they pull a hundred dollar bill from their wallet and get the card and that they should use a "dummy card for instances such as this. The reply was go get another 100 card and call me back. I said no. You already have 200 dollars and I still don't have my loan or the money. And asked what would happen if we just cancel the loan. He replied that I would loose all the money. I wouldn't receive a penny
