I had an accident and was insures by ocean harbor. It has been two months and still not resolved. Company did none of the legwork. My car was evaluated as rough which means that gap will not cover difference. Car was in perfect condition prior to accident. The company cannot even tell me where my licence plate is. I have called them dozens of times and have received exactly three dismissive callbacks. Even the supervisors ignorwe you. I would advise anyone to drive without insurance rather than use this disgraceful company.
