I did the same thing, ordered a bed defence FREE trial for $3.95 for ONLY the shipping. No mention of any added stipulations, and was sneakily billed this $41.87. When one sees the unexpected charge in their bank account, it will have their 855- number and they will try to sell and tell you it's your fault. No, it wasn't my fault that you were deceptive, and no it wasn't my fault that you didn't warn that there could be an unexpected charge; it was that you sneakily took money out of my account once for $3.95 and this latter $41.87 without so much as a phone call or email. How sneaky and deceptive can one get??! Now to get the $41.87 ONLY because they won't pay for the original shipping and my dissatisfaction of shipping it back, I have to send it to them; wait til it gets there; and then call them (855.454.5528), so I can get the $41.87 back. They won't know of course that this is only the beginning for me. I didn't use the product, and hope to find a few blogs so I can warn others about their ways of deception and the trap door they surely can fall through
