I made payment of Rs 5984.41 online by debit card on above date. Page appeared from PayU saying the transaction was declined and some error occurred. My mobile received msg saying the amount has been drawn from my account. I confirmed that the money has been withdrawn. I cannot understand the discrepancy and think that i have been cheated in a scam.
