We moved here in April and have received multiple "2nd" & "3rd and Final" notices. The notices are hand delivered, taped to the door without effort to communicate a message (even when we are home). It is suggestive that it is for a delivery but isn't clear what they are attempting to deliver. It gives a confirmation ID number to give when calling back.
It may not be illegal but it feels sinister to be a lone target in our area. We are not interested in anything they have to offer and would like no further correspondence.
