Eclipse Design (Bill Eichman) failed to deliver and do a project for me. He kept using excuses and did not communicate at all. Please watch out for bill Eichman, under the name Eclipse Design from Guru.com (I imagine he's on other online freelancing sites).
Bill Eichman will waste your time, give excuses and not communicate in the normal typical professional way, expected by Americans.
The time wasted cost me about 1,000 due to delays.
