In June we got a random call for Google advertising. There was a trial period of 30 days and after the 30 days we were to pay $199 in a "account" in Which we would be charged a pre negotiated amount per hit every time a prospective customer would utilize our service. Seemed fishy so I attempted to contact the company as this account was being looked into by my boss. The told him they have to have his cc info on file. He gave it contingent to them NOT charging any amount until approval from us. We never received a call nor any revenue and had problems reaching staff. We received mass group emails with excuses that they are closed for holiday (July 4th was at the time). I sent repeated emails to stop any process of services and yet they charged us $199 and ditch our calls and send emails saying they couldn't reach us by phone. Never addressing the issue at hand. To my amazement they again charged us $199 again 2 days ago. We have contacted our bank to handle this. They are very deceptive and fraudulent. I suggest not doing business with this company. Anyone else that has had the same experience feel free to contact us. As small businesses have to stick together. If we assist in giving a statement that you were scammed like we were we will assist.
