This company is a total scam. You call a number on computer under AOL, but you are then transferred to either Great Britain or India. This is not a legit AOL number. He tells you he does support work for AOL. His way of getting you to believe you are talking to AOL. He then does work on your computer and charges 399.99.
Later you find out you were not talking to AOL, and they then have to fix your computer, they do not charge for work. Total scam.
