Mistreated verbally/rude/and unprofessional

Although the receptionist never smile, say hi, abd smoke cigarettes directly infront of the office, we picked the place because of location..

This was first an incident that took place over the phone. I have never given thr chiroprator or any of his employees and reason to verbally mistreat me nor to be belligerent towards me. I have only been there 2 times prior with today making it 3.. My boyfriend went to his appointment around 11:43.
The chiropractor location is maybe 5 minutes or less away. His ususl appointments last about 30-40 min. I called around 1pm when he didn't make it home..
When I called to find out the whereabouts of my boyfriend, the receptionist immediately got hostile with me. I only called once and asked her had and seen my boyfrIend and did he arrive there. She did say that he came there but she told me that he had left. I asked her the time he had left only concerned cause he and I was suppose to have met up before 1pm. The receptionist had informed me that she couldn't tell me the time he left. I then asked her could she put the doctor on the phone due to my concern. Immediately after that she put my on the phone telling him that I gave her a hard time. She then hung up the phone
