CVS supervisor blames wrong price on printer and customer IQ - Vitamin D3

I went to shop today at 11pm on 7/30 at 1401 S Baldwin, Arcadia, California. Store#9721. When I checked out to pay for my items, the price was different from the price label in the store. When I reported this issue to the manager, Rosalinda, she did not help me.instead, she blamed all on printer. She yelled at me and said you should use your brain to think if we will sell this item with this low price under cost. I felt so insulted. Later, there is a lady, Veronica, helping me call CVS main company to claim the price issue. She was so helpful and kind. Because of her, the issue was resolved. I really appreciate her help. I think CVS should be more careful about hiring their manager. I hope Veronica will be the manager one day in this store because Rosalinda is so mean and not helpful at all
