They installed their heat shield and damaged our ceiling by stepping thru it and never came back to fix it. I tried to get ahold of them numerous times and they just fell off the edge of the earth. They sold us the power box too and never came back to install it. They told me they would reimburse us for installation but i didn't want to spend the money for fear of losing out.
