Do Not Ever Buy A Car From Them. They are a SCAM!

I brought my first car from these people. I recieve a scatch off in the mail and I "won" $2500 to put towards the purchase of a car. I was very naive for falling for this. They sold me a Kia Rio, not even the color I wanted, they said Kia had nomore of the color I wanted in stock. The car had no power locks or windows.

I told them I wasnt purchasing a car without power. They said I could take the car home and come back the next day and they would install it for free. I go back the next day, to my suprise they have the Rio in the color I wanted. I spoke to Nick the manager and he said there was nothing they could do about it. Then they only installed power windows, not power locks.

When I complained they said they never told me they would install power locks. They installed the most bootleg looking power window thing I ever seen in my life! Also, when I first went there to claim my "prize" everyone was so nice and pleasant. They next day I got dirty looks and everyone treated me like an a*hole.

Then I notice they charge me $2000 for an extended warranty that I never ever asked for. It took me 6months to get the money back. I was rushed through signing papers, I must have signed it while I was being bullyed into hurrying up to sign the papers. They were very rude to me, and I complained about the so much. They also had the nerve to call my house with promotions to try and get me into a new car.

The ac broke on the car and when i brought it in for service they told me, dont worry we'll take care if it, and we wont charge you. What a f*ing joke. Ac is coverd under my warranty, and they acted like they were doing me a favor. I never ever in my life would buy a car from them or recommend anybody else to. I made the biggest mistake going to them!!! Please read these warnings and make the right choice by going somewhere else!!!
