I am having a saving account wiyh Axis Bank ltd.in Kashmere gate ground floor, 111-3432-3435 Hasan building nicholson road kashmere gate Branch account no. 912010039048920. Ihad recived a sms on my mobile no. 897 Your 8975984493 a/c 00291140023782 is debited Rs. 5,897.03 on 07-02 info: pur / olg*learnauction /855-352-3740/07071. I had not made such payment either by cheque or on line for same I visited branch but they have not given me possitive response said our branch manager is not available and not recived a letter even many times i called customer care for HDFC bank but my call was not transferd to coustem care hence its my requert to see the matter.
