Long Locks Extensions
Ordered product, never received, claimed refund, also never received

I purchased some extensions from the said website earlier this year, and as I hadn't received them in over 3 weeks I found this odd and contacted the seller.

I also phoned Royal Mail to enquire and they told me to ask the seller for the unique tracking code, which the seller never gave me.

After some time, the seller revealed to me that my item had been lost by Royal Mail, which is very unusual, as I have ordered from the US and far east Russia & never lost anything.

Anyhow, the seller told me that she will get compensation from Royal Mail (this was over a month ago).

I contacted the seller again to clarify the cause of the delay and she claimed that she was waiting for the cheque from Royal Mail to clear.

She then asked for my address to send me a refund, which I submitted. Over a month later, and still no refund. I contacted her on thursday 16th July, and she still hasn't responded.

The item was only around $30, but I find the whole affair fishy.
