I received a letter in the mail. I decided to call the person by the name of Tim Valverde took down my information to see if I qualified through my my home loan company for a loan modification. He said my bank would let him know in 2 days. He called a couple of days later and said I was qualified. I trusted him and gave my information. Everything seemed to have been going just as he said after about 3 months of communications and more paperwork and several other departments that I had to deal with. I was told by the there legal processing company that they would keep me updated with the litigation process every seven days. I called July12,15 and 16 just answering machine. I called all departments that I had dealing with no phone service. Beware of S C Law Group company!
