Poor TV reception-hazy picture

We have been complaining about hazy picture on Comcast Television Cable Service and instead of fixing the problem Comcast ended up altering the contract charging us huge bills. Also every time we call we have to wait like 20 to 30 minutes one tech will say I will transfer you to a different dept. Who will help you only to find the line drops and no one helps. This had been going on for two months now. This is extremely poor customer service. We have not been able to watch the channels we wanted to; I have taken pictures of the hazy channel and stored as evidence. I have been paying in excess of $16 to watch the sports channels; however we have not been able to watch from before 5/17.
I had to call 6 to 7 times and talked to the personal listed above who were not able to find my account in their system. One time they found our account with my wife's SSN under my name, second time they found the phone # on my account which we never had.
After not getting any help on phone I took a day off from work 7/2 to go to the store in Lynnwood to solve the issue. I was told every thing was fixed to the contrary we had lost the channel completely.
I left work another day 7/15 to get this fixed.
I am very frustrated and not willing to pay the extra bill as I want to switch to a different provider.
