I have a complaint against comcast for the following reason. I have tried several times to get them to remove the showtime movie channel which I DID NOT ask for, did not want and do not watch but they keep charging me for showtime even though I have told them to uninstall it and they have not complied with my request and keep charging me for it.
What do I have to do to stop thier not doing what I ask. AQre they so poor that they have to find reasons to charge thier customers for something they don't want and did not ask for.
If you can have them stop what I ask I would greatly appreciate it as I am a 76 year old man who is permantly disabled on a fixed income and cannot afford the extra channels.
