Findabuyer.com
Ripoff did not honor their satisfaction guarantee

Miscellaneous

I listed my 1999 Nissan Maxima on Findabuyer.com, and the certified bid I got in the first week was a lowball offer of $9000, which was several thousands of dollars less than the blue book. I asked for a refund within the first 7 days, and sent all the necessary information to them. This was back in April and I haven't heard from them since.

I have sent them several emails asking them for explanations, but looks like they have my money, and don't care anymore. Looking at another complaint on this website, the lowball tactic appears common. I got my lowball offer on the 5th day, which means you get only a couple of days to get all the refund paperwork in. Watch out!
