QuiBids is an online auction that siphons your money while it purports to offer bargains. They list tantalizing products at lowball prices, which you then bid on. However, whether or not you win the item, you are spending money at a rapid rate, running up a tab that will quickly negate any savings. This is not made clear on the website. It's fraudulent and misleading. Beware.
