Kept all accessories, even my charger, case, earbuds, and original box

Electronics and household app.

I was attempting to sell a new HTC x one phone. The charge port had stopped working but otherwise brand new. Orange offer made a generouse offer on the phone and I shipped it out. The value of said phone is around 300 dollars and they offered 250. That was reasonable considering that having the charge port replaced is a simple and common repair costing about 50 dollars.

After receiving my phone along with original packaging, charger, earbuds, and separately purchased protective case; they dropped the offer to $30. When I declined that offer they sent my HTC X One back to me in an envelope, keeping my original box, charger, headphones, and even the case that I'd been nice enough to include.

I've filed many complaints on the issue but they have not responded. The cost of my stolen merchandise is around $100.00. Thats not taking into account how difficult it will be to sell my phone through other channels when I don't even have the charger for it. It greatly depreciates the value of my phone itself. Although I got that back, without the necessary parts it is not worth nearly what it was when I sent it to them.

To sum it up. Orangeoffer.com will give you a great offer then lowball you and keep your stuff. Don't fall for it. I'm not the only one this has happened to.
