I ordered cream samples on April 7th and was charged £3.95. Then, on June 10th, I was charged £97.95, and finally on July 10th was charged £69.95. I did not authorise any of the last two payments, and I believe they have taken this off my account illegally. I have received the samples which were poor quality anyway, but also received a package last week which I did not, and do not want.
