Unauthorized charges

I ordered the free sample June 25th which I received on July 2nd. I was charged the 4.95 for shipping on June 26th then on July 10th another 74.95 was charged to my account. I called and scream to reverse the charges and got nowhere. I didn't even have the produt 15 days before they charged me. I say we should file aclass suit against this company and the way they do things. If there are any lawyers out there willing to help it would be great. These people are crooks and should be shut down once and for all because their product doesnt even work!
