I Signed up for samples of tea for $2 - Have been charged $38.95 four times since! Evanston

I was on Facebook and this company was shown as a way to earn points. I ordered the tea samples for $2.00. I received the samples one week and the following week have received 2 more shippments and 2 more are in transit.

I have never seen a company that slams you with shippments like this and doesn't inquire how often you want shippments. They told me that I should have cancelled after I got my samples. I told them I was hardly given a chance.

I don't know how they stay in business by operating like this.

I called the company and was treated very rudely and hung up on twice. I finally was able to get a manager and was assured I will get my money refunded when they get their tea back. This is a terrible company.
