I was convinced to purchase an annual plan from a VERY hard sell and with a guarantee (unfortunately verbal) that I could bring on two more businesses at 50% off. When I tried to add the two additional businesses, I was told that even though I had been promised the 50% off - they weren't going to honor it.in fact, they said I'd have to pay another full price in order to receive any discount??? Again, they completely acknowledge what was initially promised and said, "sorry".
I would NEVER have purchased the first buy had I known they'd renege. It is the reason why I agreed to the purchase in the first place.
This company is shady and hard sell you with promises they don't keep.
