Company verbally offers 1 yr. Tech support for 2 computers and 5 years of AVG anti-virus. After they install AVG on both computers, they send their terms of service. After charging your cr card, you learn that they have changed the terms to 1 year for 1 computer on tech support and that the two AVG anti-virus programs are nothing more than trial versions. I called AVG and they confirmed that they are bogus. One license was illegitimate and the other was the trial version. The company bombards you with phone calls..."don't worry, we will fix everything..." but they never do. I have put their bill into dispute with my cr card company.
