CA Anti-Virus 2009 let virus get in PC. No customer service when Virus crash and Kill your PC

(Warning)-save your money and buy a good Anti-Virus product-not this one! CA Anti-Virus 2009 let my PC get a Virus and it CRASHED and DIED! When my pc crashed it was dead! I had to buy a new PC. When I purchased the CA anti-virus on line with CD 10/22/08, Cost me $49.99. The advertising said it was good for a year and allowed me to install it on 3 PC's with free up grades. I got to use it for about 6 months before this happened. I did get a install upgrade to my new PC for a whole 22 days and then that was it! What a RIP.

My order number, ID and Password from there active licensed software are now useless. There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO CONTACT THIS OUTFIT! I have been on line all night and all day today with no results. I now had to buy another (well known) Anti-Virus for my new PC.
