We were on the website dealing with our cel phone account and a pop-up window came up asking us to do a survey, this we did on April 23rd/13. Then it said we would receive a free gift of our choosing, we chose deadsea set. We were billed $5.95 on our Visa on April 25th/13. We did not put in any visa number and assumed it was billed from Telus information on our account. We have automatic withdrawal for our Telus bill from our visa account. Also on our Visa bill is a charge on May14/13, in the amount of $149.95... It says deadseadeluze.com 18553359534. We did not order anything from them no Visa #was given by us to them, we tried to call the 1-855 number and we were put on hold indefinitely.
Do these people work for you or do subcontract out to give away gifts and do surveys?
I have been a Telus employee for 38 and a half years and normally would NOT do any survey on the internet, but, because the Telus name was involved, I did the survey.
This is not acceptable and I would very much appreciate hearing from you immediately.
