In March $9.99 was added to my telus bill (did not notice it).in April $49.99 was added onto my telus bill, phoned to inquire about it and was informed that Voxtel had accessed the account and placed charges onto the bill for their service.in March I had entered a contest online that said I had won and that they needed my name and phone number and that I needed to enter a pin number (which they gave to me) to get the prize. This information gave them authorization to bill my account. Telus told me that I had to contact them with my complaint which I did and they gave me back a credit of 2 payments of $9.99. My May bill is now charged with 39.95 I have just spent 40 minutes on the phone with Telus and Voxtel (in tele conferencing). Voxtel has said that it is a scam and that I have to contact them again to try and get the remainder of my monies back. Here's a warning to all out there, NEVER give out your name or phone number to anything online. Wish me luck they still have $79.91 of my monies
