Found charge from June on my Verizon wireless bill. My son went on their website in search of ringback tone. He did not see that he signed up for any subscription service but it was charged to our bill.
I called their 800 number and after firmly stating I wanted a refund and no further charges, I did get a confirmation number 781235 from an accented gentleman. He was actually very pleasant and tried to be helpful. I was told I should expect a check in 2 weeks. He told me that Verizon does not allow a refund to be made thru my bill which seems odd to me since they allowing the initial billing thru them.
