I've purchased two tickets to the Mark Knofpler concert in Rome.
The process via their web site was un clear and un transparent - and caused me to buy two expensive tickets I can't use, as apparently it was for standing and not with seating arrangements.
Although I've contacted them in few emails and later via phone - I got a very bad customer service, I had no one I could really talk to to assist me and resolve my prob. I was left with two tickets I didn't want in the first place and very bad feeling I've been robbed.
Only after I've spoken o the supervisor today I realized I have no one to talk to. Only than I found out via the internet that I was I "good company" - which means I wasn't the first one.
I only wants my full refund
