I only wanted to speed up my computer. After 3 days of remote support which did no good, they told me there was a critical errors in windows xp. What a nightmare-after this we had no internet & no e-mail. After another 5 hrs. On the phone I finally had to hang up as they had no idea what to do-kept saying it was my modem. I checked around and found a local person who took my tower overnite & found all the mistakes & errors done by guruaid. They had actually run a program that made the windows critical. Thank heavens he was able to repair it for only $90. I could have kissed him. As far as Guruaid is concerned I would NOT recommend them at all. I will be e-mailing them to get my money back 7 if I don't I will be going to the media. Thanx
