Paid 100 dollars and was promised my computer would be back in tip top shape. The tech guy ran a couple programs and got my windows defender working properly, so i thought. He removed some junk files and got the speed of my laptop back to normal. I was content for a couple days but then i realized that things were not adding up. First thing that concerned me was me having to ask him if the troja. Horse malware was gone, that was the main reason i called em, so i can confirm that the last anti virus site did what they said. Supposedly its gone but i have that gut feeling its there still. The second red flag was my windows defender cant update the virus and definitions. Also in my task manager the virtulization is disabled and more than 50 programs in services are stopped. So i ran a scan on my computer and found nearly 1000 problems. They only charge 30 bucks to fix the issues that Guruaid promised to deliver. Now they want me to pay 69 more dollars for a years protection and there is not a chance that will happen. I just do not no who to trust anymore, i just want real protection and a clean computer but now days that seem like a lot to ask fo
