Tail light broke while inside the carwash

The insident happenned 08/10 around 2pm. I purchased a carwash and before everything was finished i heard a loud pop. As soon as the wash was finished, i parked and looked at the car just to check what was that loud noise. Then i saw my passenger side tail light was broken. I asked the employee to check inside the carwash and soon after they brought out the piece that broke. They called the owner and i called twice that day. No return call from him until the employee gave me his direct number and called me when i left a message.in short he is denying that it was not the their reponsibility and trying to say that it was nor possible for their car wash to break anything. I only ask for them to repair or replace it. I did not ask for cash or anything unreasonable. He thinks he is seperior than anyone else when he says something. People are smarter than he thinks. I would also be complaining on cosumers dept. BBB and cal osha. Lets see what happens next.
