As a result of a car fire 3 years ago that originated in the garage, house had damage to back roof, east side as well as back side of structure. With no insurance I' getting dollars together to restore house in stages. First project was back roof paid $775.00 work not competed. Second project was in guest house washing machine water hose busted creating a leak and damaging drywall. Mr. Lowe could not stop leak hired someone else to repair leak with a promise from Mr. Lowe that he would put drywall back in place and repair wall. Also part of this project was to stop a leak coming from the roof in the Northwest corner of this building, after 2 attempts to repair I'm still getting water each time it rains. Paid $160.00 cash and $59.00 worth of scrape melt (never saw receipt was told this amount by Mr. Lowe). Total this project $219.00. Third project was to frame the back and east side of my house and removing burn rafters and spraying attic with Kilz. Cost of this project $5,000.00 of which he needed $3,000.00 to get started I paid $2,000.00. Have receipt of this transaction on 6/21 absolutely no work has been done to this day. I have called many times will not answer my call
