SCAM, SCAM, SCAM - I ordered a custom dress & they didn't tell me until 2 weeks later that it wasn't available. I have since requested several times a full refund. I have reached out to them via email, their live chat, and their phone line and I have NOT gotten a response. Even when they called me to tell me my item was not available, the person barely spoke English & terrible company, absolutely terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - save yourself the hassle.
