I ordered a made to measure evening dress for an important upcoming works ball. The dress arrived in good time but when I tried it on it was too big in the bust and straps, had a sequin hanging off and also had a train that was not advertised! I emailed the company who requested I send photos, i have done this and have received no response. I sent another email chasing up a response and still have received nothing from them. I will now have to go to a seamstress and pay to get the dress altered as I dont think Izidresses are planning on responding to this error. What a terrible company and I will never be using them again, thats for sure!
